Sub: Application to file complain against Bank of India.

Respected,
With reference to the subject line I would like to draw your attention towards my unfair treatment by the Bank of India.
Further I posses a joint saving account with my wife Manju Saini in Bank of India A/c no. 603410110002959 in the branch Rajouri garden New Delhi. I had purchased Kotak Mutual fund from Kotak Mahindra in Oct 2008. Now from Oct 08 to March 09 my ECS were cleared from my Bank A/c no. 603410110002959 without any problem.

But April 09 and May 09 ECS were not processed by the bank. On confirmation the Kotak Mahindra people told me that the bank of India has not processed the transaction stating “NO SUCH ACCOUNT” same was repeated for the month of May 09. I had sufficient amount in the bank account for the transaction. Still the bank refused to pay on above note.
Now if I pay for the pending transaction I have to bear a lose of my mutual fund units due to market fluctuations.
I am not wrong at any given point. And I am made to pay for the same. I am writing this to you in hope for a fair justice and the bank should repay me for my loses and mental harassment.
